Hi, I'm Phil

My mission is to educate, motivate and inspire men and women through the processes of becoming stronger and healthier both physically and mentally, by doing so I aim to boost your happiness, self confidence, and self belief. I'm a former skinny kid, who has added over 20kg to his frame and transformed his life. I am no longer the anxious, shy, skinny kid who couldn't make eye contact with a stranger. But that's who I used to be, the process of building my body has built my mind.

Are you worried what people might say if they see you training face to face with a personal trainer?  Online coaching removes that factor of being self conscious of what others might think. People don't need to know that you're following a plan, but they'll be wanting to know how you get your amazing results.

Being accountable to someone is underrated. I will lay the whole process out in front of you and support you every step of the way. Essentially, I will do everything except prep the food and do the workouts for you, and I expect you to have the same level of commitment as I do.

There will be no plateaus or time wasting when it comes to your training. The training programs will be written for you and only you. There is no one plan fits all. Everything I create is bespoke to your situation, goals and needs. I will map out everything for you to get your ideal physique.

The same goes for your diet, no more worrying about where you can grab a 'healthy' meal while you're out and about. Instead you will be educated on how to make good food choices, build healthy habits and be armed with time saving food prep strategies.

Meet The Coach



Exercise has always been my 'thing'. I grew up in sports, spending countless hours playing football with my brother or waking up at the crack of dawn to play tennis with my Dad. It was inevitable that I would join a gym and begin training. I was that typical skinny kid, the weight section scared me and I was reluctant to try different exercises and was scared to ask for help. But through hard work and persistence I discovered what worked for me and I started to see the results I wanted.


After leaving University I worked within the Home Office, but having spent time in a career that I didn't enjoy I knew I needed to work doing that I was passionate about - fitness. To this date I have no regrets in jumping from working in the Civil Service to being a self employed personal trainer, there is no better feeling knowing that I help people reach their goals everyday.

To this date I've had many successes and highlights in my fitness career and working closely with Amir Khan and his training team was definitely up there. To be able to see first hand the work needed to succeed as an athlete has certainly helped with how I train my clients today.

In 2019 I was part of the Award Winning team, Urban Training, and as a collective we were awarded Personal Trainers of the Year in the West Midlands an award that I am immensely proud of.
